Purpose
The WFJSG works to offer vital social justice programming that is personally transformative for the congregation and contributes to needed change in the community.
Committee Charge
The WFJSG is charged to organize and support social justice initiatives that express the UUCB chosen focus to work towards the prevention of prejudice and hate. Initiatives seek to encourage reflection and action among the entire congregation.
Committee Focus Groups
Our Working for Justice Steering Group is active, powerful, and constantly growing and changing to meet the needs of our world and our local community. It is specifically designed to be a steering group, rather than a committee. Individual focus areas each have a point person who takes responsibility for the implementation of initiatives.
