What is Qigong?
Qigong (pronounced Chi-gong)is an old, developing discipline that combines breathing exercises, movement, self-massage, gong meditation, and healing postures to provide a comprehensive approach to self-healing exercise and meditation.
Join us on the first and third Wednesdays of the month for teacher-guided breathing exercises. These exercises help to optimize “Qi” circulation to regulate our mind and body’s movement and posture – providing a sense of joy and calm.
