10/26/25 Cultivating Self-Compassion

Led by Rev. Dr. Kharma Amos
Many of us want to be living as our best selves, embodying the values we hold, and being the best people we can be. We are also human, and perfection is unattainable. Cultivating self-compassion is one of the core spiritual practices for making progress on our journeys. Extending love to ourselves in the fullness of our humanity can be a life-long challenge for many of us, and it is intricately interwoven with our ability to love and extend compassion to others.
